A very comfortable, newly furnished and recently decorated cottage. Centrally yet quietly located in the beautiful conservation village of Kelling (coastal), just 15 minutes walk away from a stunning deserted beach.  The owners have equipped the cottage very well as they enjoy visiting regularly and so it is a home from home. The décor is pleasantly neutral with pretty, quality furnishings helping to make this a comfortable and convenient place to stay.   The patio is private, sheltered and East facing for morning and afternoon sun. The garden is mainly lawned with shrubs and has a super outlook over farmland. There is also a West facing courtyard which is a real sun trap in the evenings.  You also have the use of a very large fenced lawned garden that is a communal area for Pebble Cottage and the other cottages. Although Pebble Cottage itself is all on one level there are 5/6 steps with a hand rail from the gate to the patio and back door.  The front door can be accessed over two steps via the courtyard.

The village’s quaint Book Shop and Tea Room is just a two minute walk away, while a stroll through marshland and farmland takes you to Kelling Beach: a secluded and virtually undiscovered treasure of Norfolk’s famous coastline.

Located in a beautiful rural area on the edge of Salthouse Heath and surrounded by farmland, Owl Place is a barn conversion of the highest standard. The living area is spacious and light; largely open plan, it provides a most sociable space with plenty of room. For children ( large and small!) there is the use of two huge fields for family games and picnics as well as a childrens play area with swings, sandpit and trampoline. Further amenities include the use of the tennis court and heated indoor pool (safety restrictions apply which are listed on the wall and children must be accompanied by an adult at all times)

All in all the barn provides a high degree of  home from home comforts within a thoughtfully furnished space with the added fun of the swimming pool and tennis courts.

Curlew Cottage blends the comfort and convenience of modern living discreetly with the character and charm of a traditional fishermans cottage. In an excellent location at the heart of the village with a garden ( mainly shrubs and gravel with a patio area,) backing onto the marshes. Inside, this appealing cottage offers a delightful airy atmosphere complete with a relaxing, cosy sitting room (with open fire) and comfortable furnishings, a stripped wooden floor and rugs. The kitchen is a good size with an open fire, fitted with free standing furniture, a handmade butlers sink unit and a dining table. From the kitchen the inner hallway leads to the conservatory, shower room and garden.

The bedrooms have a very tranquil feel to them, again with stripped wooden floors and rugs. Tastefully appointed tongue and groove wainscoting throughout the hall, staircase and landing. From the twin room there are wonderful views over what used to be the main navigable shipping channel (see the ‘information on North Norfolk’ on this website for the fascinating history of Cleys rise and fall as a main seaport) Now the Glaven River winds peacefully through water meadows providing a haven for the wildlife Cley is famous for.

Overall the quality is excellent resulting in a thoroughly appealing cottage in a central location. Prime coastal walks close by. Walking distance of all amenities of the village. Parking on road.

French doors from the bedroom open onto a lovely garden filled with colourful blooms in spring and summertime and attractive cottage garden features; guests have the full use of this calm, peaceful retreat. Carefully positioned to catch sunshine the patio is furnished with a picnic table and BBQ. A great place to base yourself; there’s no need to get the car out as coastal walks are 5 mins away as well as the Dun Cow pub (the gardens overlook the marshes), village shop and Cookies café (overlooking the marshes and a great place to rest weary feet) Also within walking distance is Salthouse Heath with stunning views West to Blakeney Point and East to Sheringham. Other attractions are within easy reach by car.

Marsh View is aptly named as there are superb views of the village, marsh and the sea from the second floor double bedroom. This is a large, bright and sunny room and has the ensuite shower room.

On the first floor is another large double room and good sized single bedroom. The bathroom is immaculate and newly installed with a separate shower cubicle.

The sitting room is a large sociable space with a dining area and separate kitchen which is slightly dated but immaculately presented. A rear door accesses a very pretty, spacious garden with a south facing lawn and patio with flowers and shrubs.

Quietly located in a cul – de- sac, there is parking for 2 cars if carefully positioned.

Outside – Parking for 3 cars in tandem, patio areas and a secure south facing garden.

A super location right on the coast with uninterrupted views of the Salthouse Marshes. An easy walk to the beach and the village green.

A tastefully renovated cottage which has undergone recent redecoration and is presented in good order. The interior is calm and fresh with stripped floorboards and neutral furnishings. The double room downstairs faces out over the marshes and has an attractive ‘Cabbages and Roses’ style finish. Up the stairs to the left is the second double bedroom whilst to the right is the twin room (with wooden cot). Through this room is the third double bedroom (all upstairs bedrooms have restricted height).

The secure, partly walled garden faces South and is to the rear of the cottage with a new patio great for al fresco meals. The rest of the garden (not large but a reasonable size for running around in) is laid to lawn with some flower beds.

Situated at the edge of the village, it is an easy stroll to the Dun Cow pub, shop and Cookies.  There are uninterrupted views right over the Salthouse Marshes and it is approx 10min walk to the beach.

The quiet village of Glandford in the glorious Glaven valley is the setting for this beautiful barn conversion. Nestled in its own large private walled garden, the attention to detail which has been lavished on this property in its stunning location is evident when you first step over the threshold.

The main living and sleeping accommodation is situated on one level and benefits from underfloor central heating. The bedrooms are a comfortable size, the master double having an ensuite shower room. The handbuilt kitchen features an impressive dresser and leads into a comfortable seating area dominated by a magnificent fireplace with woodburning stove. A staircase from the main hall leads to the quiet room, a wonderful space for relaxing, reading or having a quiet snooze.
