Although the actual date of Elm Hill House is unknown it is certainly of a venerable age. This is undeniable once you have seen the dining room now an elegant space with some truly ancient window features and fireplace. This is a fabulous, luxury 2 storey apartment with tranquil, very pretty views over the canal and towards Norwich Cathedral.

Newly built, the finish to the apartment is immaculate and of high specification. The owners have enhanced River View by using quality furnishings, neutral carpets and a great deal of taste. The rooms are large and light, the sitting room in particular, and yet manage to convey a feeling of comfort and relaxation.

Only a few minutes walk to the shops, Castle and Cathedral but the location is so quiet considering you are in a wonderfully central City location. The sitting room has double doors (with a wrought iron balustrade) you can open to maximize the canal views. Granite work surfaces in the kitchen/diner complement the wooden shaker style fitted units and it is very well equipped.
