Top specifications from natural stone and maple flooring help give a light and airy atmosphere. The bathrooms have hand painted vanity units and large shower (thermostatic) cubicles with fittings from Sottini, Mira and Matki. The bespoke kitchen has a full range of appliances including a Rangemaster cooker, Bosch fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave set into top quality hand-built kitchen units finished with a granite surface.

In the sitting room a natural stone crafted fire surround and hearth houses a stylish, modern top of the range wood effect electric stove. Doors from the sitting room open onto the balcony.

Beautifully renovated it retains the traditional character of Norfolk and offers tranquil tasteful accommodation. The bedroom (restricted height in places) has a feature window with wonderful views over the westerly seamarshes. Downstairs, the cosy sitting room has an unusual woodburning stove. The kitchen/diner has double doors opening onto the terrace and gardens and, as it is west facing is perfect to celebrate the sunset with a supper al fresco. The gardens themselves are sizable, mainly lawned with some attractive flowerbeds and overlook the nature reserve on all sides. There is a small wildlife pond in one corner and parking.
